Dario ‘Djaimin’ Mancini – anglo/italo/suisse - was born in Switzerland in 1967. He starts his career at the beginning of the 80s, premiere at Platinum in Monteux city famous for international jazz festival. In the middle of the 80s he discovered an American radio dj Tony Humphries a big NYC star who presented a new dance style of music called “vocal music” plaid in exclusive clubs like the Paradise Garage and Djaimin “imported” this sound in Switzerland loving this kind of music when at the same time the “Balearic sounds” of Ibiza arrived in cities like London… & something changed in the music.

Djaimin start his own Radio Show for supporting this music: 2 shows on radio Couleur 3, a famous Swiss national radio, and collaborate for the program with his friend & music partner Mr. Mike.

They created the famous team Black & White Brothers and the new mixed program at the radio “Pump it up live” that was broadcasted live in some clubs of the country. This program was undoublty the most famous Swiss one for the dance music.

Djaimin as DJ, organized the first Suisse raves and the legendary parties “Dance Floor Syndroma” - after he organized many parties in the best clubs of the country and some events for the Streetparade where this kind of music could be developed.

Head of this new music movement in Switzerland in the 90s he decided to promote this music style though special nights & events for an educated crowd and collaborated with the best clubs like le Mad in Lausanne, the New York Club in Neuchâtel and the Kamasutra of Kaufleuten in Zurich.

In 1990 he booked Tony Humphries for his events and start following his precious suggestions to produce in the studio.

In 1992, his first production “Give You” is N1 in all charts of England, Switzerland & in many charts worldwide from USA to Asia & Europe!!

For 5 years he produced & remixed records with pseudonym and become a status dj and producer worldwide. Records like “Hundu Lover”, “Fever”, and “Absolut Love” or “Open the Door” appeared often in the charts worldwide. He collaborated with the biggest names of the music industry and promoted the foreign artist in the county with the radio show.

In 1998, Warner Brother produced his first CD-compilation featuring his best titles and the CD was mixed by his idol Tony Humphries and was a big success! In the summer of 1998 another big records opened many doors for Djaimin “Put your hands up” aka Black & White Brothers, produced at the studio Relief.

The single “Pump it up” (Black & White version) was so big that after 10 years he decided to stop the radio show to dedicate him into the productions & dj sets and create a record label/artist team Crystal Clear, with the singer Alexandra, same voice of “Give You”. The first songs of the group were a success summer hit “Gipsy Love” and summer 2000 “Live your Life” gave him the chance to promote the Swiss young power.

In 2001, he decided to produce again with his name and prepared his new Album aka Djaimin, with his friend and studio partner Dom Torsh, with new vocalists and new sound.

Other big news follow in 2003, with the video clip of the song “Enjoy your life” from his Album “Maijikback” (Universal) in 2004 he produced for Slip’n’Slide “Children of Afrika” notamment des 2004 in collaboration with Oule Oule family an afro house group with the guitarist from Zaire “Pepe felly”.

In 2005 he produced with a young guy Don Oliver 2 singles with the New York Diva Barbara Tucker and after 12 years of dj residency at le Club Mad in Lausanne. He moved 2 years at D CLUB famous for its vocals Deluxe.

In the main time between 2004 & 2005 the artist Danzel covered “Pump it up” and “Put your hands up” back in the charts.

In summer 2005 he start again with the first passion: the radio on One FM with his new show “The Djaimin Club Zone” a private radio in the French side of Switzerland - at the beginning of 2006 with the radio speaker Dana ‘The rock’ from Chicago.
