THE PURPLE MUSIC PARTIES.
The music flava and the team entertainment strategies are the key of the successful parties of Purple Music nights worldwide!
The initial success of the parties in Switzerland long time ago as well as Jamie Lewis music have been promptly catched by KAUFLEUTEN Club in Zurich in 1997, where Purple Music & Jamie Lewis are residents every last Saturday of the month since then!
Kaufleuten belongs to the tops swiss clubs -is one of the oldest and most wanted ones -«the place to be» - where the biggest international DJs (not only in t the house music scene) have plaid -as well as the place where the main concert and after concert parties of pop stars like Madonna, Prince, Pink, Robi Williams took place.
Early 1998 Purple Music start its first international successfull residency for one and half year at PACHA Club in Mallorca (with Kiko Navarro). Developing good house sound permitted to Jamie Lewis to establish also other residencies for his recordlable party in Switzerland.
In 2001 it start the ATLANTIS adventure in Basel where the party «IT’S PURPLE» is still a big success today.A bit later other cities of his country paid attention to the sound of Purple Music and more Purple Music Night took places monthlyat Du Theatre Bern (2004-2005),Castellino in Biel (2005-2007), Java Club Geneva (2006-2008), To Cee Club Fribourg (2006-2007), Terminus in Olten (since 2008), Glow in St Gallen (since 2009) and many sporadics ones in Neuchatel, Lausanne, Schaffhausen…
THE PARTIES IN EUROPE & OVERSEAS
After the first international event in PACHA Mallorca in 1997, it followed in the summer 1998 two Purple Music events at PACHA Ibiza. During the WMC in Miami in 1999 the first official Purple Music party took place atCLUB LEVEL in collaboration with Soulshine Rec.. After a couple of years in 2005 the label come back with a successful party in Miamiat Delano hotel, always during the WMC. In the same year Purple Music reached the first weekly residency in IBIZAat the PENELOPE club: one of the biggest adventures!!
During 2006 till 2008 the label conquered another important spanish city: BARCELONA and one of the best addresses there: the CATWALK (with Sebastian Gamboa). From 2006 till 2008 the Purple Music Night events have taken place also in some of the best clubs of Portugal (Incl. HIT CLUB, VOGUE, VIA RAPIDA).During the whole 2007the parties expanded to PARIS most famous club the QUEEN. In 2008 -the first Purple Night took place in Hollandat Club HOME in Amsterdam
During the past 12 years many Purple Music events have took also place constantly in Germany, Emirates, Italy, Croatia, Austria, France, Greece, USA, Marocco, Australia, Luxemburg, Georgia, Spain and many new residencies and events will be taken place in the near future not only in some of the above mentioned residencies but also in many new exciting locations all over the world.
